咖啡豆饼 (Coffee Bean Cookies)

咖啡豆饼 

(大约100粒) 
材料: ( A ) 
菜油 ( Margarine ) 80克 
牛油 ( Butter ) 30克 
糖粉 50克 ( 过筛 ) 

( B ) 
3合1即溶咖啡粉 25克 
可可粉 10克 
低筋面粉 180克 

做法: 
( 1 ) 把菜油和牛油搅打至软, 加入糖粉打至白。 
( 2 ) 将所有材料( B )过筛, 分次加入做法( 1 )揉均匀成面团。 
( 3 ) 把面团分一粒大约4克的小团, 用手掌捏紧再搓成椭圆形, 接着以塑胶卡片在中间划一刀, 就成了咖啡豆形状。 
( 4 ) 以摄氏150度, 上下火, 烤约20分钟或至熟。 
( 5 ) 待饼干凉了再装入密封罐即可。 

温馨小贴示: - 烤箱温度仅供参考, 可自行调整, 因为豆豆体积小, 受热快, 建议以低温方式烘烤。 
- 请不要因易于搓揉而自行加牛油或菜油, 不然烘烤出来的饼干可是会变成扁塌塌的哦。 
- 牛油的熔点较低, 因此如牛油量多, 在烘烤时会比较容易扩散, 变成扁平状。 

Coffee Bean Cookies Recipe 
 (Yield about 100 beans) 

Ingredients : 
( A ) 
Margarine 80g 
Butter30g 
Icing sugar 50g( sifted ) 

( B ) 
3 in 1 instant coffee powder 25g 
Cocoa powder10g 
Cake flour180g 

Method 
1. Beat the margarine and butter until soft, add in icing sugar and cream it. 

2. Sift the ingredients (B), add in sifted flour and powder gradually into no (1), mix evenly to form a smooth dough. 

3. Divide the dough into 4g each, roll them into oval shape. use plastic card make a slice in the middle of the cookie that alike coffee bean. 

4. Arrange the coffee bean cookies on the baking tray, bake with preheated oven at 150'C abot 20minutes or until cooked. 5. Store the cookies into the air-tight container once they are cooled. 

 Tips : - Since the cookies size is small, low temperature is advisable. - Over amount of butter or margarine may end up with flat cookies.
