Corn 玉蜀黍 3-4pieces(条)
Lotus Seed莲子 150g
Carrot 红萝卜 3-4pieces
Potato 马铃薯 3 pieces
Red Dates 红枣 15 pieces
Soya Bean 黄豆 200g
Mushroom 冬菇 10 pieces
Preserved Mandarin skin 陈皮 1 slice(片)
Preparation Method:
- Place the corn, lotus seeds, carrots, potatoes, soya beans and preserved Mandarin skin into a claypot and add in some water until it covers all ingredients. Boil for three hours.
- After three hours, add the red dates and mushrooms into the soup, boil for another hour and it is ready.
